End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Naqston (“the Service”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Naqston Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for lawful personal use and in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:
- Post, upload, or share content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene, violent, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse any person or group.
- Engage in illegal activity or promote conduct that violates any law or regulation.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Service or its security.

4. Enforcement & Consequences

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal of offending content, reporting to law-enforcement authorities, and any other legal remedies available to Naqston Inc.

5. User Content & Monitoring

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Naqston Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content for the operation of the Service. Naqston Inc. reserves the right (but is not obligated) to monitor, review, and remove content at its discretion.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naqston Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

Naqston Inc. may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to this EULA

Naqston Inc. may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.By using Naqston, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA

Guidelines

Naqston is built to foster meaningful nexus. To keep the platform safe and enjoyable, all users must follow these guidelines:

1. Be Respectful

Do not harass, bully, or threaten others.

No hate speech or discrimination.

2. Share Responsibly

Do not post illegal content.

Do not share private or confidential information.

Respect copyright and intellectual property.

3. Stay Safe

No promotion of violence, terrorism, or self-harm.

No spam, scams, or misleading content.

4. Authenticity

Use your real identity where required.

Do not impersonate others.

5. Moderation & Enforcement

Nexus may have their own rules in addition to these guidelines.

Violations may lead to warnings, content removal, suspension, or permanent bans.

Child Safety & CSAE Policy

Naqston Inc. is committed to providing a safe environment for all users, especially minors.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

1. Definition of CSAE

CSAE refers to child sexual abuse and exploitation, including but not limited to:

Creation, possession, or distribution of child sexual abuse material.

Any act that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

Grooming or soliciting a child for sexual purposes.

Sextortion of a child.

Trafficking of a child for sexual exploitation.

2. Our Commitment

No CSAE Content or Conduct: We do not allow CSAE content, imagery, or activity anywhere on our platform.

Swift Removal: Any report of CSAE is reviewed immediately. Confirmed violations are removed without warning.

Mandatory Reporting: We report suspected CSAE to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other applicable law-enforcement agencies, as required by law.

3. Responsibilities of Users

All users must:

Refrain from uploading, sharing, or soliciting CSAE content.

Avoid any behavior that could be interpreted as grooming or exploitation.

Report suspicious activity or content immediately.

4. Reporting CSAE

If you encounter anything that may involve CSAE:

Please include any relevant details (screenshots, profile links) to help us act quickly.

5. Enforcement & Consequences

Immediate Account Action: Permanent suspension or deletion of accounts involved in CSAE.

Law-Enforcement Cooperation: We will cooperate fully with investigations, providing user data as legally required.

No Appeals: CSAE violations are not eligible for reinstatement or appeal.
